Always clean, well stocked. Easy to find things, and service is always spot on. Never waiting for long at the check out. They make sure there is enough open for the amount of customers. The main reason I shop here!
We popped in to do a last minute top up 2 days before Xmas. I was pleasantly surprised how fresh the fruit and veg were. We got everything we needed and the staff were happy to assist as we were not familiar with the layout. Well done Whanganui New World, Merry Xmas to you all.
Well laid out store with easy to see shelves. A good variety of brands and products with a delicious choice of fresh baked breads, muffins, cakes and desserts.
Nice place to shop ...may be pay slightly more on curtain items...but pretty standard as far as supper markets go

Busy over this Christmas period, but well managed
Hands down the best supermarket in our city during Covid19 levels. They had the best organisation and people flowed nicely in and out. I felt safe going here. Other supermarkets weren't nearly as safe. Thanks.
