I visited the shop and bought what I needed, staff are all friendly and accomodating. I did order coffee at the exit lady on duty Today around 1. 30pm is lovely and makes a wonderful coffee. I did sit on the table drinking my coffee noticing how people come and go to buy at the Cafe but still she handles all costumer courteously. She has a good costumer service. Bravo to her and to all staff on duty that day especially during my time of visit.
Such a lovely store filled with friendly helpful staff. Super nice lady in fruit and vege department this morning round 11.30am. Enjoy shopping here!
heads up on the fish in packaged trays in a small fridge across from the buzzer seafood and butcherattended service area smells really terrible fish I purchased today from that fridge was obviously old and really only good for cat food , or chump , yuk , first and last time will select from there , as was in a rush and feel like I am disturbing staff by ringing a buzzer to get service
Just wanted to share some deep appreciation of Toni who we’ve worked with a great deal in the click & collect department. We travel long distances and collect regular orders for work, she always has them ready fast and is great to communicate with. We’ve turned up to collect at other supermarkets only to find they’ve not fulfilled our orders and lack good communication. We’ve then had to call Toni at Warkworth with less than an hours notice to get medium-large orders prepped and Toni has always come through for us.nnThe best and most reliable legend. Our team appreciates you Toni! We always come back.
This must be the most expensive supermarket in the country...I wonder if their employees pay rate reflects the huge profit margins?.nVery greedy ownership.nDon't shop here unless you enjoy getting gouged.nDo better owners.
