The narrow aisle here are frustrating to navigate especially with kids in the mix but the meat and seafood is fresh and delicious. I love the deli food options too.. so much to choose from
We are regular long term online shoppers at NW Warkworth and have always appreciated the efforts the staff go to in order to fulfil our orders to our satisfaction. However we have to comment that, just this morning, Stephanie went MORE than the extra mile and we are again so grateful to her and her staff! Thank you, Denise
Only used the front cafe/lotto part whilst charging the car. Coffee good, food selection good and the chicken and dill roll - delicious.
The store is fresh and the staff were most helpful. I was able to get what was on my list.
Super clean store that is stocked to the rafters. We are here in holiday & have done a few shops for dinner & snacks. Prices are comparable to home Canada as is selection. We have embraced L&P & Mince N Cheese Pies. Love that you DO NOT refrigerate eggs here & that you are civilized enough to sell wine & beer in the grocery store also. Something we still have to sort out back home. Store staff was very helpful & friendly & parking was easy as! Keep up the good work.
It’s like that bigger 4square shop that you want to pick some things up but not do a full shop because the products are just a little too expensive. Staff are friendly as and always smiling with a willingness to help.
Display units were great, nicely stocked at the time compared to countdown, good job new world

New World is by far the best supermarket in this area Friendly helpful staff,a pleasure to shop there.
I have reviewed this place again. They often run out of stock and depending on who you ask they will be gone for seconds, come back and say, we don't have it. You know that that person hasn't even tried, there is one particular young female shop person you know never to ask because she just won't bother to look. They also often don't replenish shelves, that are marked with the produce you want, and when you enquire they have it, but bring it out from the store. We now have to go to Countdown. ***** Excellent place to shop, butchery produce an excellent range of meats and fish.
