I always go to the Porirua New World Al thought i have a New World in my village, but I travel all the way to purchase the Boerewors. For 6 years we go there every Saturday to buy Boerewors and the also getting our weekly groceries. I bought Boerewors this weekend and it was absolutely disgusting. There are so much rubbish in the Boerewors that we couldn’t it. I removed vanes, glands and everything but meat. It is so, so disappointing. I have revered so many people to buy Boerewors. It is such a shame that the quality went down hill.
I was very very impressed with the service I received from the staff member at the liquor department yesterday morning. He noticed I was browsing around the sparkling wines and initially asked if he could help but I thought I was ok. After a while it obviously appeared I wasn't some asked me again. I accepted his help and with his expertise, knowledge and great service I walked away with a couple of bottles. He treated me like I was very special and certainly would recommend others to visit.
My recent visit to New World Porirua left me with mixed feelings. While the store boasts a convenient location and friendly staff, I couldn't help but notice some shortcomings.nnThe layout felt a bit disjointed, making navigation through the aisles a bit confusing. Additionally, I found that the store lacked variety in certain items, which was disappointing.nnHowever, the fresh produce section was well-stocked and of high quality.nnDespite these drawbacks, I appreciate the convenience of having a supermarket nearby and will likely return for specific items.nnOverall, New World Porirua has room for improvement but still offers a decent shopping experience.
Nice clean tidy store, but I couldn't afford to shop here on a regular basis.
