Why is there no NZ mandarins and oranges available only Australian rubbish
Please stop moving stock around to trick money out of loyal customers. Oh and please put mature staff on the deli....and stop charging us for a bag of fat when buying ham at the deli. Update....there has been a marked improvement in stock range over the last few months. Prices are still on the high side. New World Whitby has a better range of products for the sake of an extra few minutes drive.
Clean tidy place. Sm wee trolleys light enough 4 toddlers n sm tamariki to push n manoeuvre around the store. Thanks 4 the free fruit stand n rubbish bin 4 tamariki. My grandson enjoyed his 2 mandarin! Helpful friendly staff. Thanks 4 letting hospice put up a stand. Both my parents received hospice care in akld so a very deserving charity to contribute to. Love this little New World. The staff are fantastic. Dosn't always have what I want but pac n save is just a few minutes up the road. No watermelon or smoked chicken the other day when thats what I wanted but I can usually get other standard stuff here at an acceptable price.
Not at all what you'd expect of a New World.nTerrible range, higher prices than Porirua New World and inconsiderate staff.nTwo staff that were re-stocking in different departments had their stock angled and in positions where you couldn't get past with no interest in moving to allow people to move through the store.nAnd the checkouts. Jesus. The woman who scanned my order put normal square boxes on an angle so that only 3 boxes fitted awkwardly in the bag. And she moved at a snail's pace with no conversation. Ugh. I had to repack at my car in the rain.nHonestly, keep on moving to Porirua or the dreamy Thorndon New Worlds. Paremata sucks.
