The seafood section is always well stocked and I love the raw fresh mussels. You have to be quick because they sell out quickly. One thing I am sad about is the number of broken shells. I think the plastic scooper breaks many of the mussel shells and should be replaced by a silicone glove people can put on. Easy access and parking out the front of the store.
I was physically assaulted by a check out operator in this shop. Could not believe it. She was having bad day. Starts screaming at me and then threw my groceries at me. Then tries to blame me with the manager. To the manager. Watch your security video. To the check out operator get a new job.
Visit on most days for a few bits and pieces. Mostly lovely staff and some great bargins. Handy to home and great opening hours. Usually have most of what I need, or an alternative.

I was standing at the counter purchasing 2 trays of eggs,as I neared the teller she looked at the eggs and asked me if I'd noticed the 2 tray egg packs on the shelf. I hadn't noticed as I was in a hurry..She told me the packs were cheaper than buying seperate trays..she then kindly took the two trays away and walked the distance to get me a 2 tray pack of eggs..Wow!!I was so appreciative.. So thankyou Sheree Moon for caring for your customers..awesome customer service..
Everything is so expensive Clean, very friendly staff
I always bought in new world kaikohe and I have a new world card.some of the stuffs are expensive and always raise the price.
It has all the basics that you can need. Stuff is very kind, which is essential. I would suggest a more variety of healthy foods like low sugar options, low carb, gluten-free, etc. Poor variety of veggies and fruits comparing competition.
Familiar settings help me find things easily.
New world Kaikohe online click and collect and delivery provide such a good service. They always call to check if I'm happy with subs they have provided, which I appreciate. Thank you.
