New World Gate Pa Craft Beer Club

I am a long time New World customer. I did my big grocery shop at New World Gate Pa today as I was in the area. This was my first visit. I was disappointed as this supermarket did not live up to the high standard I have come to expect from New World. The store layout lacked flow and was confusing, there was a distinct lack of variety of products on the shelves and a number of products were very expensive. The checkout operator who served me was very pleasant. However, I would not shop here again.

Parking is ok. The supermarket doesn't have a very large variety of some products I was looking for baking essences and they only had vanilla essence... no other choice. I ended up gonna to another supermarket for essences, cat food, butter etc.

Every time I go Shopping here, I can find everything I need easily. Plenty of room to move with lots of products to choose from. The Staff are Helpful and at Check Out there's someone to bag your shopping . Recommend by Me

Nice store but when certain fruits are over $10 a kg when your partner store Pak n Save has them for $5.99 a kg you really question why you came.

27-01-23 you delivered green rotten meat to me and will not return phones calls, emails or even answer questions on this website. Yes rotten meat. Meat within the best by date yet green and rotten. Had to give 1 star you shouldn't get any. I would like to tell you how this has made me feel and tell you what to do, but it wouldn't be published. Have a nice day.

I mean it's a pretty flash supermarket but $16 for a cooked 'large' chicken near closing on a Monday night? Pack'n'Save your hard earn $'s. Nice staff though

Great customer service experience. Very catchy display especially for fresh produce aisles. They delivered their promises for providing the fresh produce with reasonable prices.

Got two Avos for $4.50 yesterday. Went to eat them today for lunch and both completely rotten inside. My friend got strawberries and a lettuce other day and those had mould on it too! This is so disgusting and rlly needs to be taken and delt with properly someone obviously is not checking the fresh department cause this is unacceptable. Such a rip off for rotten fruit and vegetables. Very disappointed

This New World is Awesome. They have great staff, they are friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work. You guys are Awesome

Great suburban supermarket with a surprising array of food. Quite often vegetarian meals that I don't see anywhere else pop up here. Staff are great, always knowing which aisle in which to find the things I miss with my man-looks.
