i thought id leave you guys a review not only for your fast delivery service because dam it is pretty fast with the way covid turned the postal service on its head i always have my order the next day but for dealing with a karen moment that i had & once again id like to apologize to the lady who stuck with me emailing back and forth and when the light finally went off in my at that point tiny brain. you were professional and i applaud you for not losing your s@#$ at me. 100% recommend this store.

Probably quite good when they send your order to the right city! Very disappointing service and now the Christmas presents for family won't arrive in time for the big day. I live in Auckland and they sent my order to someone in Hamilton. My order was placed in time for Christmas, if they had sent it to the right person in the right city it would have arrived in time In an email this afternoon from Thirsty Liquor Tauranga: "That is actually, great customer service. The reason it did not is because NZ Couriers did not keep their obligation. Irrespective of what you want to believe. I didn't bother chasing them about it as you already gave us a 1 star so I am now living up to your expectation. Poor customer service." Merry Christmas Thirsty Liquor!

Thanks so much for providing a bottle shop with Afterpay! Service is amazing. Emails were very clear. Goods arrived exactly within timeframe given and were very well packaged. Lots of variety on the easy to use website. And reasonable pricing.

Hands down the best customer service ever!! I live in Auckland & was needing delivery before Saturday coz it's a bday present lol. I just made my order now & they were trying their best to see what they could do & the lady asked her boss if she could pack it now for me & she said I'll pack it now & you should get it before hopefully. Would be NO STARS. Paid $33 for delivery on Saturday from Tauranga to Auckland. I paid for it on Friday morning so I would have it on Saturday. I will never to be buying from this company again. Didn't sent it out til the afternoon which meant it wouldn't be gotten til Monday. Could of paid normal postage. Disgusting

I’m always using these guys for click and collect orders, takes 2 minutes to have the order ready. Best shop around, fairest prices too
