Shopping at New World Gardens is always a pleasant experience. The store is clean, well organised, and stocked with a great range of fresh produce and everyday essentials. Staff are friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist when needed. Checkout is usually quick and efficient, even during busy times. Convenient location with good parking makes it an easy place to shop. Overall a reliable supermarket with great service and quality products.
Last night, around closing time I was accused of shoplifting by a man who appeared to be one of the security guards there. Not only did he humiliate me by interrogating me at the exit door but he also did this in front of a bunch of customers, causing a huge scene. It threw me off a lot and came off as rude and unprofessional because he was also dressed in inappropriate attire, and was very reluctant to hear on what I had to say. And again, he questioned me in front of heaps of people! A little privacy would have been nice. He was very quick to assume that I hadn't paid for my items which wasn't the case and he said he would have to verify with the others that I did pay for my items. Helloooo what happened to respect and good customer service???
Went to New World Gardens for some pick up items and snacks.nIt's a supermarket with prices far lower than your every day convenience store. Has a bakery with fresh baked items on the shelves. Every thing else from frozen foods to snacks to veges and fruit, even has convenience items.nHas self checkout stations and checkouts with lovely staff.nGood amount of free parking available.nCloses too early and should really stay open longer especially on weekends.
I just wanted to breakdance in the wine section and the rude staff wouldn't let me. So I moved onto the bakery and started a limbo competition with a French bread stick, I was the only contestant. Disappointed I didn't win.
Went a done my main CHristmas grocery shop here mid afternoon on 23rd December - I expected it to be hellish but it was quite the opposite. So well organised with jolly chaps showing us all into parking spaces. Inside was busy but comfortable and they had everything I wanted. I really hardly had to que at the checkout either. Everyone was in good spirits. Thank you Gardens New World and merry Christmas!
