Where are the packers???? A full service supermarket is what I’m paying for. I’ve packed my groceries 10 weeks in a row now. If it gets to 12, I’m gone.nWhere have my favourite products gone????nSo I get it Pam’s is cheaper retail; NW probably make a bigger margin, but choice and selection are what I come for. Last three weeks I’ve had to go to another supermarket to get bread, currents, orange juuce and passata. Eve apples are saving your bacon atmnnVERY POORnnUPDATE....I'm gone. Huge surprise a packer was in evidence the next week, but never again. Last week was Santa parade with a huge number of people around pre and post - not a packer in sight, people walking away and abandoning their trolleysnn28 February: I thought maybe now that students are back they will have hired more staff. This was the queue to get to the checkouts on Saturday. There was another one almost as long to get to the self check outs
Visited while on holidays. Was busy as late in the day but easy to locate items. The five stars in particular for the lovely staff - the banter and assistance they gave us was amazing. Unfortunately I can’t remember their names but Thankyou!
New to the store and on a short timeline, helpful staff pointed me to the places I needed to go which was appreciated. Parking was a bit average but I got lucky early and it was a Saturday morning.
Waited 60 minutes in line today with a queue that snaked all around the front freezers. They never have packers, and haven't had them for at least 3 months. Today was the last straw and we're no longer going to do our shopping here. Management have clearly lost touch, only interested in money and don't care about the customer experience anymore. And with 40 minutes doing the shop and 60 minutes in the queue, I'm sure we'll get an automatic bill in the mail for being too long in the carpark. We've been shopping here for 10 years and it was always a pleasure until recently.
Very slow checkout AGAIN,3 checkouts out of the 8 open,2-3 people waiting at each checkout.nOperators only,no packers so incredibly slow,poor effort from what used to be a well run supermarket.nOwners to tight to put more staff on while making good profits.nThis was at 0730,would hate to see it at busy times.
