Good location good parking wheelchair access. Good prices clear layout great helpful friendly staff. Amazing organization doing hard work for the communities animals.clean shop and tidy new manager has done a great overhaul. Enjoyable going in there. If you are interested in helping animals try being a volunteer.
Great little store. Wonderful staff. Remember to stop and pat Odie the dog when you visit.

Wonderful cause with a lot of great people helping towards it. Donna gives her all and a bit more to ensure the best possible outcome for the lives she saves. I have so much admiration and respect for this woman and her work. It is an absolute pleasure to contribute to such a worthy cause.

I personally have adopted my cat from New Lives! They do amazing work in the waikato to get some animals out of terrible situations and always seem to do their best to assure they are placed in loving forever homes
Good selection of all sorts of stuff.
Not much option for baby/kids clothes unfortunately. Shelves were a bit messy.
Horse gear so that's good. Average second hand store
