Neverland Kids Indoor Playground

We had a party at Neverland today & overall found the service & facilities really good.nWe had booked the party room for 2.30 and were allowed to put our things in the room earlier 1.30 as no one was using it, the staff even offered to put my cake in the fridge which I didn’t need as the room had air conditioning.nThe room itself was a good size, their decorations on the wall don’t look great but we didn’t mind as we bought our own arch & balloons to set up down one end.nThe party package came with party bags which I didn’t realise, and I bought my own I didn’t mind, as I like making my own party bags, so this was a nice surprise.nThe only things I found not so great were the bathrooms were a bit run down, dirty & smelly, plus the payment process was a little confusing. I rang three days before the party to check everything was in order & to find out what to do for payment & they said they would email so I was expecting an invoice but never received one. I rang on the day & they just said to pay when we arrive, so that was fine just a little confusing. Lastly, if siblings of children in a party want to be in the party room the parents have to pay $39 which I thought was quite a lot. I know it’s their policy & they could choose to pay normal entry & not enter the party room, but then there will be one child left unattended. However I think it should be optional for paying for the party package & just let the extra child be in the room if the parent chooses this. It wasn’t a big deal, just didn’t think this was necessary.nOther than those points we found it really good, the staff were friendly & helpful & we would definitely book a party with them again.

The staff are very nice and attentive for the safety. The place is clean. Food was good a little pricy but good quality. The toilets are clean despite is unisex and staff look after them very often. My 2.5 years old girl loves the place, every time we go there she will stay until the last minute which i normally arrive at 10am innthe morning. The place seems small in adult's eyes but massive in little eyes, I guess. We have been to many indoor playgrounds, but she spends more time in this place and does not get bored and ask to go home.

Has a decent ball pit and jumping pit + tramp & parks for all ages up to 14, Reasonably cheap compared to others. Small tight seating area, sticky floors, place wasn't clean & tables left a mess throughout our stay. Baby's area had chewed gum stuck in certain places, rubbish left inside the toy machines and toy machines left bare with no prizes. The foam on the metal poles throughout were falling apart and had come away. 1 child slipped down the climbing stairs on the big park and screamed because she hurt her tail bone due to the padding no longer being thick. If the place was well kept it and clean it would be great but personally wont be returning. no comments on food.

We had a great time with my 2 year old son. Very neat and clean place. Lots of options for kids to play.

Kids had fun at a birthday party here. They enjoyed and played for hours. Facilities are clean.
