Hayman Park Playground

Great new park with lots to do for families of all sizes and ages including a bike and skate area, sandpit and flying fox! But! Just a massive warning to parents, in the sun the metal slides and spinny things on the ground! get so hot and burn children. See my photos attached for proof.

Amazing new playground in the park. It is located on the Westfield Manukau end of the park while the parking lot on LAmbie Drive is on the other side 5-10 min walk. There is a multi level play structure with lots of things for climbing and sliding. There are also quite a lot of things to paly on around the base like a xylophone. There is a flying fox as well as different age appropriate playgrounds nearby.nThere are toilets and basketball courts nearby as well as a skate park.

Great Park for your KIDS, for sure they’ll love it. Lots of fun and It’s one the busiest Park I’ve ever been to for 3 days in a row. My kids really loved it.

Relatively new park with a huge area, there's a skate/scooter park, basketball courts, a toddler park, multiple smaller play areas just for balance type of play, a zip line, and a huge area for picnics and walks next to a man made lake.nnEasy access for people taking public transportation as it is right behind the manukau train station. For those driving though, not much parking next to the park.nnMy son enjoyed it thoroughly and didn't want to come back even after spending 3 and a half hours there, and we didn't even bring his scooter or skateboard.

Heyman park is a regular family gathering spot. For the kids teens and adults. It's so chill and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful trees, safe for the children, fam friendly, amazing play ground, toilets on site. Basketball court. Great parking. Seating everywhere. 5/5
