Visit Nature's Cottage and you will be in the hands of a professional Aromatherpist who can massage away your aches and pains, alleviate pain and tension, revive tired aching muscles, reduce stress and fatigue and help improve overall well-being.Tracy Henderson is a Naturopath, Medical Herbalist and Aromatherapist with many years of experience. As well as massage, Tracy works with herbs, Bach flowers, nutrition and detoxification to help you regain better health and vitality allowing your body to function at its optimum level so as to reduce signs of disease.

Nature's Cottage was such a cozy experience. As soon as I stepped in the door I felt at ease. The massage was fabulous. Anna checked if ahe was applying the right amount of pressure multiple times during our session. Will definitely be visiting again in the future!

This place is amazing! I went in for my hour-long massage today with Leslie, and during the initial discussion with her, I told her I had a really bad tension headache. She worked some kind of magic and I left feeling 100%better. This was my second massage and I will be back again!
I was in a desperate need of a good massage and some luxurious me time. I was soooooo pleasantly surprised with the decor and the atmosphere. Little spa luxury gem right in the heart of Lexington. Very much reminded me of my favorite spa in Austin and in London. Big fluffy robe, slippers, hot neck towel wrap while you wait for your appointment in a salt quiet room. Lesley I hope I spelled her name right was amazing with the hot stones and listened to what I needed. I will be back for sure and at least once a month.

Absolutely love this place! The spa/ massage services are incredible and the rooms are so beautiful and CLEAN! In addition, the staff are knowledgeable, helpful and delightful to work with! I have purchased bath products, oils and gifts and have been very pleased with the quality of everything!
