As a runner - I’m always struggling with muscle fatigue and issues with my fascia but I notice such a difference with regular treatment from Bernadette. My range of motion improves almost instantly when I look at my cadence after runs the next day.
The massage by Bernadette is strong and accurate! This lady has magic hands! Very professional, calming and really knows her stuff! Additions of the cups and dry needling really help compliment the whole healing experience. Have regularly used here myself and often give vouchers for friends and family.
I have been going to Bernadette every fortnight for over 3 year if not more. I cannot live without my massage. If, for any reason, I miss a session I find my shoulders freezing up and I feel generally stiff. After a session I feel great, so flexible and relaxed, and that night, I sleep like a rock. Thanks Bernadette!!!

Bernadette is amazing. She is professional, non judgemental and super friendly. I love having massages from her as I always come out feeling far better than I went in. I would not go to anyone else.
I've been seeing Bernadette for 3 years now since giving birth to my first daughter. She's managed to reduce my hip and back pain and even continued to assist me during my second pregnancy. I cannot rate her highly enough. Seeing her every month is my special treat to myself!
