I have seen Andy over many years with various neck, shoulder and back niggles, and throughout both my pregnancies. Andy was also amazing in treating and supporting my rehabilitation following an injury that required surgery. I can’t recommend Andy and the team highly enough - you’re in safe and caring hands!

I have been seeing Simon Roots for about 2 yrs, for back, shoulder and Achilles injuries. I followed him from his previous practice. I find him professional, personable and really focuses on your needs and how to adapt treatment options and also helpful in recommending other health professionals beyond the scope of osteopathy. The practice is clean and professional and the office manager Debbie is always on hand for appointments and any other matters. Everyone is warm and friendly. I highly recommend the practice and Simon.

I highly recommend Simon Roots at HealthWise Osteopaths. Simon is incredibly professional and has an awesome friendly, upbeat manner. I didn't know much about Osteopathy when I first saw Simon, and didn't know exactly what to expect, but he explains what the issues are, what he is going to do, and he checks in to make sure I know what movements he will be making or where he needs to touch. I always feel comfortable and well informed with his process. Appointments are friendly and relaxed. It's clear that Simon really cares about his clients and is great at creating a rapport, establishing trust, and he's also really good at remembering conversations from previous appointments. Osteopathy has greatly improved my situation, I always leave feeling better than when I walked in.

I found Andy through a random search yonks ago when I was desperately in need of help for issues with my back and shoulders. I remain grateful for being ever so lucky to have found one of the very best in their field of practice. Andy and his team are extremely knowledgeable, genuinely friendly, warm and professional to the core. I have confidently recommended and referred Andy to a host of people who have needed help with any back, neck or other injuries. I personally have found the treatments most effective and helpful. I cannot recommend Andy and his team highly enough! Alfie is an absolute treat and just adds to the experience!

My partner recommended that we bring our new born to see Andy as she had been seeing him already and I'm so glad we did. Andy is great and talks me through what he was doing etc, he takes a very holistic approach to his treatment and try to understand the root of what he works on to ensure that he can give the best treatment. Our daughter how is now approaching 1 has been happy and healthy, I'm sure that seeing Andy regularly has definitely feed into that. I would definitely recommend this for a new parents.

We have taken both of our children to Andy within the first weeks of their lives and he has been excellent. As a result of treatment, our children have been more settled and have overcome various issues we were dealing with post-birth. Andy is a calming presence and wonderful with children - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Absolutely recommend Andy, especially for children. Isabelle has been seeing Andy since she was 6 weeks old and in my opinion consistent treatment has helped with her sleep, teething and her being a chill child. I’ve seen behavioural improvements with my older child. Andy easily connects with the kids and makes them feel comfortable and they look forward to their appointments.

I can highly recommend Andy and his team at HealthWise. Andy has treated me for more twenty years and I have always appreciated his caring and professional approach to treatment. There's been a number of clinics, and few name changes too, over the years; yet always the same excellent level of care. The latest refresh of the clinic and the new name continues the tradition.

Andy was a miracle worker over the 18 months I had a frozen shoulder. His work meant that I could see it through without any steroid injections or pain medication. What a relief. Moreover, I always feel listened to and cared for when I visit the clinic by all the staff there. It is a lovely environment that is a safe place.

Simon's a great Osteopath - in fact, so great that I've followed him when he moved to Healthwise from somewhere else! He's done wonders for my very dodgy aging lower back over the years, getting me moving again comfortably and quickly after I inevitably push it too far at the gym. He's never too busy to share a laugh and a bit of a joke during his appointments, but takes his work seriously so I always leaving feeling like I've had a great treatment. Literally can't recommend him highly enough.
