No words can describe the gratitude myself, my husband and my family have for Dr Simon Kelly, nurse Karin who is very knowledgeable and very caring warm hearted nurse who was so calming during stressful times and always arranged /fixed things in a breeze , Tania and team at Remuera clinic for gifting us 2 precious miracles after 13 years of dreaming to be a mother. My dreams have become reality thanks to Dr Kelly's expertise and appropriate treatment blood thinner injections. I have been a patient before and communication this time was impeccable thanks to the new app system they have implemented I loved it!!!! Now trying to convince hubby to visit them for baby number 3

It was a mixed journey for me- it started off with me being told and having it in writing that I was going onto the donor waiting list after that particular appointment. Because it was around Christmas time they said there was no urgency to do the correlating counselling session until the New Year, to which I did. I then found out in Feb that I hadn’t in fact been put on the waiting list because I need to do the counselling session first. I was also quite misinformed around certain procedures/timelines when I started my egg fr I what to expect. I felt really lost at this stage. From when I started doing my injections, things became more clear and by the time my procedure came around it felt well informed and looked after. Dr Phil and all the nurses were great and communication both in person and via the salve app was good. I guess if I could give feedback, it would be treat every person right at the beginning as if they know nothing about the processes and give them as much information as possible. I know it may feel a bit repetitive for the doctors/nurses but for those of us experience this for the first time this is such a huge thing for us- the information provides reassurance, understanding and shows you care

Lovely nurses and Anna Bashford is lovely to deal with. It's easy to get an appointment, the Salve app is great for getting in touch with nurses for information, treatment updates and appointments etc. I had a positive experience.

26 years ago I gave birth to a healthy baby with the assistance of Richard Fisher and Fertility Associates. Recently I had to undergo a hysterectomy performed by Doctor Sunil Pillay. Doctor Pillay is an amazing surgeon and a very caring man. Nothing was too much trouble and I feel great. Thank you so much

My experience at Fertility Associates was nothing but amazing. Dr Sunil Pillay was kind, empathetic, listened to our stresses and concerns, and provided us with a clear path forward. He went above and beyond to communicate results, and all of the support staff/nurses showed us the exact same service. Could not recommend them enough.

Long road ahead but each and every single person has the kindest of hearts even if they have to tell you what you don’t want to hear. Always willing to talk and offer support. Dr Phill McChesney did not muck around he treated us for we clearly had, he didn’t need more torture to make that call.

We cannot thank Dr Phil McChesney and his team enough whilst we were with FA Auckland. The level of care and communication we received was fantastic, and compared to our previous clinic, we felt like we were ‘not just another number’. Thank you FA Auckland.

I used FA to complete an egg donation back in 2020. The team was lovely and supportive, whether this was the donor coordinators, doctors, nurses or counselling team. I would highly recommend them. A positive and professional experience.

I received the best treatment at Fertility Associates. Very honest advice from Dr Sunil Pillay which I very much appreciated...with a 20% chance I still decided to give it a try and successfully conceived. This was possible with the advice and treatment I received there. Everyone I dealt with was amazing and am forever grateful to each one of them who made my journey possible and successful.

Fertility Associates were amazing throughout our IUI journey. They were always happy to answer our questions and explain the procedures in detail and with care.
