Storage at Ngauranga National Storage was perfect for our needs. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Plenty of trolleys to help with moving large items and access was very secure but easy to manage. Would go back there again.
Staff were friendly and helpful when we signed up. However, be aware that they run a business model where they increase the monthly rate a couple of times a year with no reason other than they can. Our monthly rate has more than doubled in the 5 years that we have had our things stored there. Will probably avoid next time we need long term storage.
Friendly service. Easy access. I didn't get a refund because didnt give 7 day notice before vacating, which was fair. Overall, spacious and clean storage. Get a padlock for your storage.
I would recommend National storage, i used the Ngauranga site,nwhich was easy to access. the time frame of access was very good. staff are very helpful friendly. no trouble in accessing the lock up. moving in and out was so easy. if i need storage again this would be my go to area, Thank you to the team at National storage in Ngauranga.

Jordene was so kind, patient and helpful, explaining and showing us options, reassuring us with all details in follow-up email and making the move, purchase and credit transfer seemless. Couldn't have been better, highly recommend!nVisited yesterday on a busy day, still able to easily access units and with the layout no one was rushed or stressed to get in and out of the place, which is ideal considering moving can be very stressful.
