A well run, secure, very clean facility in a pretty handy location. The staff are helpful and friendly and the whole site feels very safe. The trolleys and lifts provided made it super easy to move my belongings in and out of the unit. I highly recommend Kiwi Self Storage.
After more than 2 years, my time has ended with KSS Newlands, and they've asked me to provide an honest review.nnStorage isn't exciting, nor is paying money each month to do it.nnHowever, in all my time and across three different storage units I used there - there was never a problem or issue that I encountered with them. Always prompt to attend to any issues, my stock was never at risk from damage or the elements, and on the small number of times that I forgot to pay, there was a gentle reminder politely worded.nnAccess to the site was easy and safe.
I rented storage from Kiwi Self Storage - Newlands for over a year and sincerely recommend them to anyone reading this for peace of mind. The site is well run, the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and I never had any problems accessing my unit whenever I needed to. I lost the keys to both of my storage units and it was solved by them no problem. Thank you to the whole team for helping me out and providing great service from the first day until the last.
Kiwi Self Storage in Newlands is an awesome storage facility run by three really fantastic people - Greg, Wayne and Elaine. I stored everything I owned with Kiwi Storage for 15 months and during that time I was treated with such kindness and understanding. The wonderful team as named above went above and beyond for me in accommodating my belongings. The facility is incredibly well run and very secure - with all types and sizes of units. Greg, Wayne and Elaine were always available to discuss any storage requirements that I needed during my time with them. During that time they became a part of my life and going into the storage facility as often as I did it became like visiting friends. They always had time for a chat and a catch-up. I am extremely grateful for everything these three wonderful people did for me and I highly recommend this storage facility and all that it offers. Excellent service all round. The facility is very well run and well maintained, the security is great and everything is easy to access. The team at Newlands are absolutely fantastic. We used the facility for 10 months in the process of selling the family home and then renting till we bought somewhere smaller. Our storage needs changed several times during the process and the lovely team were always kind and helpful - helping us to find solutions. We absolutely recommend them.
