Meet one of the team member’s at an open home and the way he conducted him self when asked questions about the property showed he had little knowledge of the area and the property. I tried to ask a few questions that I wanted a honest and transparent response from rather, he decided to avoid the question all together. Wouldn’t trust them with the sale of my home!
I chose to work with Jen as I attended one of her open homes as a buyer and she genuinely worked hard for a sale, followed up and was easy to deal with. As a seller I cannot fault Jen’s service. She is honest, pragmatic and an excellent negotiator. Her communication and marketing skills are also excellent. We sold for an excellent price in a declining market. I cannot thank Jen enough for her advice and guidance which ultimately lead to a fantastic result for all parties.
Stephanie and Kirsty have been outstanding. I was dealing with a very stressful situation and needed to find a home within a matter of days. They have both looked after me so well and keep int ouch regularly to make sure everything is okay with the rental I am in. The professionalism, communication and genuine care for myself as a tenant is above and beyond what I have had before. Loved going into the new home with a bottle of wine as well! Keep up the awesome work team!
We rented our new property through Stephanie Hanlon. We were first time landlords and Stephanie managed to help us to navigate through some tricky tenants. When they moved out, she ensured that the place was back to pristine condition both times. She is easy to contact, methodical in her approach and totally trust worthy. Should we require another PM in the future, we would definitely use her.
Stephanie and Kirsty have been extremely helpful for both our moving out of our previous home and moving into our new home. They are both so easy to work with, respond within reasonable time frames and are very cheerful at all times. Thank you for making our first year in NZ wonderful!

Having had Stephanie Hanlon as my property manager in the past she is by far my favourite. As a tenant i found she listened to all my concerns and promptly sorted each one out or found a solution we were all happy with. I still to this day call and email her for advice even tho i am no longer in one of her properties.
I would highly recommend Ray White Millwater Property Management. As well as being a Professional and Friendly Company, they are very generous in running fantastic competitions on their Facebook page. They are committed to supporting and giving back to the community. I was very fortunate in winning a $100 Pak N Save voucher from them and really appreciate this. Give them a call if you need help in Managing your Property.
We have been blown away with the service we have received as new landlords. Stephanie and Kirsty have given us all the knowledge we need and it is so nice to know we can leave our property in trusting hands. They allow everything to run smoothly and managed to get our property rented within a week! We have had time and worry lifted off our shoulders and the communication, reassurance and support has been exceptional. I couldn’t reccomend more friendly, comforting and proffesional property managers. Thank you Ray White Millwater.
