A͏ warrior and a problem solver mindset We knew Mark Garratt seven years ago. So, he was the real estate agent who sold us the house. The operation was carried out flawlessly. For this reason and because Mark would know how to value and successfully promote the improvements made to the house during our stay, we decided to contact him to take the sale. We chose to go with Max for the sale of our house as we were impressed by his down-to-earth personality and commitment to his work when we were the buyers of this house. We were not disappointed. Throughout the whole process, Max remained professional, genuine, friendly, respectful and positive. We were happy about how he would follow up with each of the interested buyers and pass on their feedback in a timely manner. Communicating with him was always pleasant. The recent downturn in the real estate meant it took us longer than we expected to sell but we were happy that we could make the sale happen through Max’s assistance.
