Naru Sushi and Bento Cafe

This has to be the best Sushi place in Auckland. The sushi rice is beautiful and melts in your mouth. The owners are lovely and will always make fresh sushi for you. The grilled salmon with the 5 spices is so addictive...yum! A must try for sushi lovers.

Great sushi and love the bento meals. Customer service is always great and friendly. Always happy to support small local business when they offer quality food.

Naru Sushi has some delicious food! You can pick and mix your sushi from the cabinet or you can order a hot meal. The katsu chicken curry is good value for money and very delicious. Highly recommend!

A small restaurant with only a few tables and this may give us a wrong impression that this shop is one of the frequEnt so -so Japanese restaurants we see everywhere! Operated by a couple who are friendly and most of all very good at what they should be doing! A rare proper sushi shop that is properly hand made by people who are confident and experienced. Not ridiculously dry or too firm sushi we see often at coveyer belt sushi shops! Moist with a flavour with right amount of seasoning for the rice! Most menu they serve is far and far above average and at a top level. Must try!

Best sushi place by far in Auckland, the chicken katsu on rice with salad is the best I've tried hands down, lovely humble couple who are so friendly and gracious, tidy environment also highly recommend!

Ordered a seafood noodle soup costed me 20$ and only very few prawns in it. I do not recommend having noodle here unless you want to waste your money.
