What a great experience! We couple picked up a bike at 8am & did the 38k route. Loved the detailed route suggestions at the start with the personalized map based on what we wanted. The path is fantastic, with superb 360 views pretty much everywhere! We booked a wine tasting and stopped on the way. I’d highly recommend doing this over pretty much any other tour. Directions are easy, and you feel like a kid who just got their driving license, both the freedom and thrill. You can go as fast or slow, as easy or hard as you want with the e-bikes. Thanks to the entire team here, you made our 1 day stop in Napier the best it could be!
Great service, well priced for families. We did the great escape trip, one electric bike pulling a carriage and 2 separate standard bikes. Staff was very kind, helpful and patient.
Great bike rental company! The host, Phillip, was knowledgeable and kind - gave great recommendations! We did the 38k self-guided winery tour and absolutely recommend it. Do the e-bikes if you want an easy and pleasant ride ; Take Philip’s advice with the trails! What a great way to experience Napier and see the highlights. Absolutely tremendous way to see the surrounding wineries and town. The shop is right in town and easy to get to.
Brilliant a must when coming in by cruise ship ! We organised a couple of e bikes and ride to the wineries for a self guided lunch/ tour Jan was a great guy adjusted our bikes and helmets and away we went around 20km to the wineries and then as promised he picked us up ready for our shuttle back to the ship - the bikes , service and the whole experience like a well oiled machine thanks - so much Jan for all your help
Absolutely amazing day. Bikes were fantastic and the bike trail was excellent. Highly recommend doing this trip.
Great way to see the coastal sites , good for kids on safe off road mostly trails.. Parks for kids & places to eat... Used a tag along bike with 5 Yr old nephew. And had an awesome time...
Had a great day on the bike tour. Saw the beautiful coastline and drank some delicious wine. I would recommend at least 4.5 hours to ride and then hit the coastal wineries.

An awesome place to hire bikes from. Jan delivered and picked up our bikes for us for a little extra fee. He was amazing to deal with and very helpful. Jan gave great advice and was supportive when we had to cancel bikes for a friend who was ill and unable to come. I would highly recommend hiring your bikes from here.
Friendly staff and good quality bikes. Very helpful when things didn't go to plan for one of our group. An excellent self-guided wine tour. Only improvement would be a clearer map......or maybe we'd just done too much wine tasting to work out the correct route!!
