Nando's North West

We visited early in the evening yesterday and decided to take away waited nearly 30min which is ok but very disappointed with the Food and service, Very cold and extremely tasteless. Ordered whole peri peri chicken and Large Garlic Bread. Chicken was under cooked and there was NO sauce served on the chicken it was completely Plain and the Garlic Bread was burnt one side .Literally the worst experience ever with Nando's .The staff looks very confused and they really need to work on their cooking job. We asked them to cut the chicken in 6 pieces which they used to do earlier but not now. Terrible, won't go there again.

This restaurant is the most dirty/messy restaurant I've ever been in. Nando's need better staff training. Stuff just looking at dirty tables. We actually can't be seated because so many tables are messy.

Very poor service, being seated at dirty tables, food takes forever to be served. They need to hire way more people.

Food was ok, service ok, place wasn't very clean though.

Food always good, but come on the service delivery need some work. Please don't serve the meals in portions. So my experience today, firstly noticed that they had no chicken, only wings and tenders. Secondly the chicken was served first then after 10 minutes of waiting, my husband had to remind them that we did not get our other items on the order. I think your staff needs some more training please!!!
