Great little library. Lovely staff. Because it’s a smaller library you can browse the adult books while the kids okay with toys /read in the kids section but still see them.

Well accessible from the Hillary Court carpark. Lovely surroundings with all the usual library amenities including Internet access. Bus hub 1min from the front door. Saturdays is market day for local produce, varied stalls and live music from local artists..

Nice Library but noise when the school kids come in. They need to learn the rules of a Library. Apart from that...very nice.

Naenae Library is not one of those big, flash, city libraries, but it's still an excellent library, with a diverse selection of reading material, and perhaps even more excellent staff.nLibraries are a very uncool place to be seen in these days, what with the various electronic social media sites that are readily available. But you can learn far more in 10 minutes reading a book, than you can in an hour on FaceBook, TicToc, or one the other places!!
