Avanti Plus Lower Hutt is owned/ operated by Brendan Ashton and Murray Howe. Together they have over 40 yrs experience in the cycle industry combined with a history of competitive cycling in both road and mountain biking. Really pleased with the service I've always received at My Ride Hutt Valley both from a mechanical and customer service point of view , the team is always so friendly and offer up great advice on products and parts needed for my bikes, fantastic after sales service as well ,really cant fault these guys, would highly recommend My Ride. Cheers to Brendan and the Team for everything.
These guys are amazing. : Decided to try them out for a general service on my e-bike over my regular shop, because I had a gift card. Really quick turnaround. When you come in they take the time to talk through what might be needed and what can probably wait until the next service. Got my bike back looking better than ever! And the eye for detail! They replaced my missing valve cap and tightened my kickstand without me mentioning them. My regular guys said they didn't have the right tool to do the latter. Will definitely be coming back.
Excellent service on my 2 bikes by Rosco, fixed an issue on my new beast that the store I purchased the bike from couldn't after a couple of attempts. See you soon for more bike love
Very friendly and helpful staff, always greeting us when we walk in and chatting to the kids. Very helpful and have a wide range of products in store. We have purchased all our kids scooters from here along with helmets. We also purchased our two older sons bikes from Evo cycles and were disappointed that it didn’t receive a free service, they said their best deal would be $199 for 3 services. MyRide however when buying my daughters bike at the same time, have advised that we get a free service at 6 weeks, 12weeks and 6months. So if your anything like me and suck at servicing your own bike, MyRide is the place to go! Highly recommended to everyone.
Such a rubbish website. Minefield viewing any stock with questionaire pop ups and location setting dramas..I only wanted to check assessories but gave up and was easily able to on the other three hutt bikeshops. Poor form.
Customer service exceptional. I took my bike in hoping to get some advice. The mechanic did not hesitate in doing a quick service and solving the problem. Brilliant!

They lost my booking!!! new computer system, was apologetic and very busy took an extra day, but I was OK with that. After 6 weeks, bike back to having same problems, re slipping gears, expected the new cassette etc. to last longer?!? Would not go back for another service
Just Wow for the team. Got my wheel spike done and trued on the same day! This is after I was ignored at Cycle Science! Well done guys! I never made a mistake when I bought my bike from you guys. very happy!
Great friendly service! Very helpful with choosing the right bike for our son. Also handy that the follow up services are provided to ensure the bike stays in great condition.
