Fiona has been managing our rental property for nearly two years. We're really happy with her service, as she has taken all the stress out of renting out our family home. She's a great communicator and is prompt with keeping us up to date. Inspections, account statements and maintenance issues are dealt with promptly and on time.  Fiona also has a thorough knowledge of tenancy legislation and has been really helpful with advice. Thanks for your great service and professionalism Fiona!

Fiona has managed our property for years now and as well as her expertise at finding reliable and trustworthy tenants I have loved her fixed management fee which means there are no extra costs for inspections or sourcing servicemen. She is on top of all changes to landlord requirements and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

One of the best property management companies around. Having dealt with many after looking for a suitable rental property for 2 months I was delighted to receive such efficient and professional service from the staff at My Property Manager. Fiona my property manager was awesome to deal with, quick to respond to any queries I had. Definitely recommend for future landlords and tenants.

Fiona was our property manager and we her tenants spanning 4 years and 2 different properties. An absolute pleasure to have take care of us and would 100% recommend her as a property manager. Always very informative with her processes of inspections, her inspection photos and summary documentation being forwarded to us, as well as giving plenty of notice for visits and property maintenance or repairs.  There is a review posted here of 1 star that I am sure was placed incorrectly or for the wrong person. If you are ever in doubt Fiona is only a phone call or a text message away. Thanks so much for looking after us!

Not a great manager, very lazy and slow with everything when asked. Wouldn’t recommend
