Grenadier Rent Shop are awesome property managers! They provide in-depth inspections with detailed photos and a write up on each area of the property. They are always quick to answer any queries we have with the property and always quick to inform us if anything is needed to ensure our investment runs smoothly! If only they could manage all my properties! Couldn't recommend them enough!
The whole team at Grenadier Rent Shop have been great to deal with. Megan, Monica and Annelise have been very helpful guiding us through the process of renting our property, and the communication has been proactive and prompt. The team were able to find tenants for the property SO QUICKLY which took a lot of stress out of the whole process. The whole process has been able to happen remotely which has been a big plus. If you're looking for epic property managers, this is the team you want. Couldn't recommend enough!

I'm so grateful For Grenadier for helping me find a new home, and making it so easy. Moving from out of town is a big scary mission but they definitely made the process enjoyable. I'm also lucky they allowed me too have my two Chihuahua children. If I have had any problems I just use their easy to use app and they fix straight away. Definitely highly recommend
Grenadier Rent Shop have been a client now for over a year. Their property managers are warm, friendly and very responsive. They have great communication and their service is second class to none. The online platform they use Tapi makes my life 10x easier as it is simple, and effective. I would highly recommend Grenadier Rent Shop to anyone!
Up until now I have always managed my own rental properties. I approached Megan to look at renting out a new property I had purchased as I didn't have time. Never again will I rent out properties myself. From the first phone call to Megan, nothing has ever been a problem. I was consistently updated as to the viewings and how things were progressing and they found a perfect tenant really quickly so it wasn't sitting empty. Additionally they ended up renting the property for more than I had budgeted for all because Megan knew what was fair market rent and I had under estimated this. Can not recommend Harcourt's Grenadier Rent Shop and specifically Megan and her team enough.
Grenadier Rent Shop have looked after my rentals for a couple years now. Every member of the team has been 10/10 to work with. They treat the properties like their own and have excellent communication. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
Monica was very welcoming when we arrived for the house viewing, answered all our questions/queries we had, did an excellent job at showing us everything in the house as well, was good to talk to. Elisha has also been very helpful with getting onto repairs when things need fixing and very fast at getting back to us about questions, very thankful for having them and the rest of the team look after us :
