Cowdy & Company is one of a few steadfastly independent non-franchised, Real Estate agencies of prominence. The company was established in 1979 by Andrew Cowdy. Since then the company has enjoyed an ever-increasing profile in and around Greater Christchurch.

The company currently has 18 experienced well trained, professional salespeople available to offer their services seven days a week. The team is divided into four divisions comprising of Residential, Residential Investment, Commercial and Industrial.

In addition the company combines with a well respected Property Management Division, headed by Janice Cowdy. The team consists of 5 experienced, competent rental property managers.
