These guys are amazing. 100% the best friendly service i have come across in a music store. Super helpful and cheerful plus very knowledgable. I'd recommend Musicworks to anybody.

Well equiped music shop. Staff is nice a ready to help you with anything. I had choose a unique 6 strings ukulele and it looks and play amazingly.
Went Looking For A Mic Holder. Didn't Have One Big Enough.

They were having a 40% off sale. I looked around and decided to ask what products were 40% off. He couldn't show me one item with the amount of 40% off. Surely there must have been something but no. Other than that the staff were relatively helpful and had a wide and varied range of products to sell.
Very helpful and I love my new guitar
Music Works has great Staff. All the guys are helpful and knowledgeable. New Plymouth isn't a huge town, and doesn't have the most active music scene, but despite that Music Works carries a wide range of instruments, amps, speakers, microphones, and accessories to suit all budgets. Also as part of a nationwide company if MW NP doesn't have what you're looking for they may be able to source it from another store; which they did for me. I saw a quilt top Ibanez Artist guitar with EMG pickups on sale online. They ordered it in for me to try with no pressure to buy. I loved it and did buy it. I've since purchased an acoustic guitar and an amp from them as well.
Really lovely service and a great deal! Good quality products too. Will be calling back!
The guys here were very helpful and nice to talk to, and have such a wide variety of products!
