Always a lovely experience. Nadia is fantastic and always take so much care with my treatments. Everyone on reception is so welcoming, Hettie is always so helpful when booking and arranging appointments. Everyone always acknowledges you as you walk through says hello or smiles etc! Thanks for being great!
My first visit to Muse was a very good one. A lovely salon with a lively atomosphere. The welcome at reception was warm and welcoming and my consultation with Nikki was thorough and not rushed. Very happy with my new haircut and the advice given to me regarding products and styling and colouring. Looking forward to my next visit. Delighted with my new look.
I thoroughly enjoyed my deluxe pedicure with Lily. She was so lovely and chatty. I felt so relaxed during the treatment and after. So happy with the colour too. Will definitely return x
Just called in hoping for a decent haircut,, had to ask the stylist to straighten my fringe. It's only now that I've seen all the different lengths that have been missed. Tried to charge me £50 but after complaining they did drop the price to £28 which considering it was a dry cut seemed a lot. I have spent £15 at another hairdresser rectifying what you did. Rest assured I will not be back
I booked in for the Trio Of Delights and it was AMAZING! Tracey's massage is brilliant,the perfect pressure for dealing with the knots but very relaxing at the same time. The facial was lovely and my skin looked and felt great afterwards. Will definitely book again.
Had an eyelash and eyebrow tint. Very relaxed, calming atmosphere. The therapist explained the treatment as she was doing it and kept checking that I was feeling ok and that there were no problems. Definitely recommend using them.
Wonderful salon. Friendly and helpful staff, head massage was amazing. Jon listens to what you want to achieve, makes suggestions, explains what he is doing and how you to manage your hair at home. I would highly recommend a visit!

Will explained. every step from the colours to my hair styles we talked through on my consultation talked though how he was going to start cutting. Been a client for 22 years and never walked out feeling less than my best. As always if you are a new client give the salon a minimum of 3 appointments. The stylists need time to find out what you like, your life style whether you are able/want to spend time doing your hair or if you are a wash and go customer and how it reacts to different products. A lovely salon atmosphere makes sitting in the chair an absolute pleasure, one of my most favourite parts of Christmas. Big thank you to those who work so very hard to make you feel special .
Amazing, such a friendly atmosphere, and my stylist was just great, I am so pleased I’ve found a fabulous hairdresser! In fact my sister is booking an appointment for this week!
