Murrays Bay Intermediate School

This school urgently needs a dedicated drop-off and collection area. I am beyond fed up with the constant disruption caused by parents who block my street—which is a separate, quiet residential road—and also block my driveway, either by parking directly in front of it, across it, or even partially inside it. This inconsiderate behavior forces me to wait unnecessarily long periods before I can leave/enter my own home.nnWhat’s even more frustrating is that when I approach these cars to politely ask the drivers to move, there is often no one in sight—just empty vehicles left unattended. This means I’m left standing there waiting, sometimes for several minutes, until the parent eventually returns. It’s incredibly disrespectful to residents who live here and need unobstructed access to their properties.nnMoreover, the fact that parents park on yellow lines and block driveways creates an extremely dangerous situation. Maneuvering in and out of my driveway becomes a hazardous challenge due to the poor visibility and obstruction these illegally parked cars cause. Not only does this put me at risk when trying to safely enter or exit my property, but it also endangers pedestrians and other road users on the street.nnThis problem isn’t just a minor inconvenience—it is a serious safety issue. I strongly urge the school administration to implement a proper, designated area for dropping off and collecting students to prevent this ongoing chaos. The current situation is unacceptable and must be addressed immediately for the safety and peace of mind of the residents in this neighborhood and safety of pedestrians.

This school is good! It offers many opportunities for music, sport, technology and more. I started learning the trombone here and I am still learning it in high school.

If you are sporty come if you are academics then dont come they removed all the extension classes

Honestly a pretty good school, just maybe teach the students a bit more and it would be perfect!

Really good school. MOST of the teachers are pretty chill. Just a great school in general.
