Mount Roskill Intermediate

I attended all three schools on campus and the only one I would recommend is primary. Mount Roskill intermediate was an absolute disaster. I was severely bullied, manipulated & tormented by people who were meant to be considered my peers. These people sweep things like this under the rug & do nothing. Everyday I went to this place I wanted out. I had a teacher that told me & my friend that we were not allowed to hang out with the opposite gender, we weren’t allowed to hug because she felt that we were being “too touchy”. I was physically bullied and my teacher at the time who witnessed it in class would deny it happened any time she was asked. Do not let your kids go here.

This school is hori but I had an amazing time here, but the teachers are kefesmost of them. But I have so many great and fun memories from there.

Learned nothing and the teachers are so biased its so annoying

Great school when i was there, had coloured pe uniform to represent our house for house activities. felt like we were really a team competing against other houses. They removed the coloured stripes from the pe uniformnnThe uniform was really great back then, now its small kids in large formal shirts. They changed the t shirt to a formal shirt and got rid of the nice shorts. They also removed the comfy sweaternnthey also removed the pe routine, for example on monday to friday kauri house had a set 45-1 hour fitness activity, eg on friday we had cross country and on thursday we had jump jam in the gymnnI know all this due to my younger brother.nnShout out to mr davies if he still works there. Great teacher with lots of memories in room 7.nnSo sad they made the school worse. :

Great school, great teachers who cared and were invested in the growth and development of students. This school did a lot for me in terms of education, and personal growth.
