One of the best hikes I’ve had in my life. It is tiring, long and seemingly never ending. We took more than 8 hours but still proud to have completed the alpine crossing.
Got attacked by an army of orcs but it’s still a nice volcano nonetheless.
it erupted when i was on it then the tour guide tried to keep me there in his white van on the mountain guys it very scary i have burns to around 40% of my body don't go here
It was absolutely amazing! This is a must go to place when you travel to NZ. This is by far the longest hike I have ever been. The hike was so beautiful. Hopefully you won’t be coming on a rainy or cold day. Make sure you bring at least 1.5L of water and some food. Hiking boots would be a nice option but not necessary.
Just a beautiful mountain
In one word, just amazing. One hell of an experience. Liked it to the core. Awesome landscape, very close to the mother nature. Enjoy every moment there.

Great hike up mount doom. Very steep and rocky, be prepared for a challenge - there is a ton of loose rock and sand. The view is awesome and all encapsulating.
