Aaran took care of all of the arrangements for my mum's funeral, he provided an excellent service and made the day run smoothly and helped to lessen the pain. His kind and respectful manner and knowledge of what we needed to do was perfect and made the whole process seamless. I would not hesitate to recommend Aaran to anyone and he is lovely man.
From the first phone call until the collection of the ashes Aaran was professional and caring. We lost our father quite suddenly and so there had been no preparations made beforehand. Aaran helped to guide us through the process and was always available to answer any questions. We felt reassured by his expertise and calm manner. He was so kind on the day of the funeral and did everything in his power to help us navigate a very difficult goodbye. I would not hesitate to recommend A.G. Morriss Funeral Directors to anyone.
When I decided to take out a funeral plan, I was recommended Aaran as he organises many of the funerals at my Synagogue. The service from him has been outstanding, we first met in a local Cafe to talk through how funeral plans work & I also wanted to get some idea's from Aaran about the options for my funeral. He then took me to visit the graveyard & chapel I was happy with the first choice, but he offered to show me other options. Aaran then explained how the grave purchase worked. Several months later we met in his office & I started my funeral plan. Throughout the process, I have really appreciated his knowledge, experience and friendly disposition. It's the sort of personalised customer care that is a pleasure to experience & I would recommend A.G. Morriss to anybody.
I would not hesitate in recommending Aaran. He looked after my Mother’s funeral and was extremely kind and thoughtful throughout the process. Aaran explained everything and kept me updated about all the arrangements as we went along. He definitely helped make a difficult time much easier. I found him to be very approachable and understanding with lots of helpful advice and suggestions. The funeral service was lovely and I would 100% use his services again.
The care and reassurance Aaran gave to our family after the death of my father earlier this year was incredible. From the moment we met with him we were immediately put at ease, and he made a very difficult and upsetting time for us a lot easier. For that we cannot thank him enough.
Arranging a funeral for our mum was extremely hard but Aaran made it as easy as possible. He is very professional but still kind and caring from start to finish. Sadly, 2 years ago, our dad also passed and we chose to use Aaran then, so he was our obvious choice for mum. I would recommend him every time should you sadly need to arrange a funeral. Today is a year since my Dad passed away . A G Morris and Aaron especially were absolutely incredible in not just dealing with my Dads funeral but also some very stressful complexities that came about . Aaron helped me get through what was obviously a very difficult time but he went above and beyond what I deemed a good service . I will never forget how he made my Dads day the very best it could be and for this I am eternally grateful . I completely recommend AG Morriss in making every funeral special for all
