I was really impressed with the shop manager! This lovely lady was so helpful and patient with registering my smiles card and making sure I received a long overdue points redemption, even using her own personal phone to do it. She actually persisted through the entire process until it was done and dusted. Without exaggeration, for me it was one of those experiences that shows the value of dealing with genuine people that actually care about the customers. Aapaka bahut-bahut dhanyavaad!
Really friendly staff and love the fruit and veggies you can get at the door.3 bags for $11.
I am very disappointed because it says the toilet is only for customers and my husband and I did buy a chewing gum, but then the staff talked to another kiwi female customer in front of me about something like “you are the only customer is buying something and then using the toilet, that’s why I lock it.“ she meant that my husband and I didn’t buy anything and use their important toilet. If she did not realize the man who bought the chewing gum was my husband, she can double check with me first instead of talking to someone else in front of me. Maybe chewing gum is not expensive as petrol but at least we bought something and we were customer. I am an Asian but I have been living in New Zealand for 8 years. I can understand what she means. The staff was so rude I was very upset and left. If I misunderstood pls let me know :
What absolute disgusting service I had this morning wasn’t aloud to full up the car. Where have been going there for years. Not going back while that graby wonan working there
delicious coffee and friendly staff.
