Its a gas station, service is fine. Wanted the discount cashier couldn’t give me a card for it, and they also didn’t have anything to scan to give me the discount unlike other gas stations. So overall let down
Today I visited Caltex Welford at 8:24 a.m. to fill my car, but the lady inside the store who was on shift didn’t open the pump for us. When we went and told her, she said it’s prepaid and didn’t listen to us. She just kept doing her own work and ignored us. Every time we go to Auckland, we always fill our car with Caltex fuel, but today she behaved very badly, ignored us, and didn’t know how to deal with customers.
The service was CRAP I stood waiting at the checkout while older lady was talking to another younger female, there was two others behind me.and upon using my voucher she said they don't give change bk which was $1.50 she then made a remark use it all or loose it and it will be my lunch money.nObviously I used it!nBad service and rude attitude.
Good store to top up gas and get AA smart fuel discounts,it also has a Mc Deez, Ljs and other fast food stores connected.Customer service is ok and there isn't much car parking. Caltex Oakleigh,just before whangarei always has cheaper fuel if you can wait.
Never open at nite Mobil have taken a lot of there business
