Lovely friendly staff, clean toilet
Staff member with half bleached hair is rude and obnoxious. Hours clearly say 10pm and she won’t serve us at 9.45pm? Says she doesn’t get paid to be there after 10pm and leaves before 10pm. Have photo proof if needed.
Went here feb 22nd about 2.30pm. Not good service. The man said he was tired as had just started his shift?? Was not helpful and did not even ask if I had a Smiles card or if I wanted to use my points. No greeting or farewell.
I stopped by at this service station in the afternoon of the 7th of January 2019 and the cashier who served was very rude and arrogant to me. For some reason he was very unwelcoming and rude to me from when i entered the shop. He never said hello or anything and while paying, just to open up a conversation, i asked him for the price currently just to double check incase i saw it wrong outside, this dude started chasing me out to check the prices. Mate there was no one at the service station and all i was trying to do is to atleast talk to you. On my smiles card, i am new to this and was trying to check how many saving i have accumulated. Mate you dont need to act smart when you dont even know how to say hello and smile and you deal with customers daily. The service station wasn’t busy and i was the only one there and . In my opinion, what you make your customers feel is as important as doing business with them. I have visited many other mobil service stations and the service provided has been very good except for the first visit here. I am never going to this Mobil ever again and would rather fill up elsewhere. Hope this is looked into by people responsible because it very convenient to stop here when passing through the town but things like this brings about a bad name and also prevents customers like myself from going back to fill up here.
Staff are awesome, very willing to help out where they can, makes the pit stop that much more easier.
