Great guys!nI needed hot water and empty cup to make porridge. They just helped me, free of charge. Very impressive!nFriendly team, and just good people!nBe nice to them. They don't decide price of gas. Be kind!
All my experiences at otaki bp have been very pleasant. Coffees great staff are very helpful. One time I asked for smokes and it wasn't there so leaih went out back to check stock came out with what I was looking for. It's things like that going extra mile that make a great experience. Excellent little worker
I had a disappointing experience early in the morning with one of the staff members. The young woman with pink hair was noticeably unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. When I placed my items on the counter, she gave me a long look and said, “How am I supposed to reach that all the way over there?” followed by a few more passive-aggressive remarks. I tried to address it calmly by saying, “This isn’t the best way to start the day by being rude to customers,” but she responded sarcastically with, “It isn’t, eh hon? Have a cheery pie day.”nNot the kind of interaction you hope for at 5 a.m. Hopefully, management can address this to ensure a more respectful environment for customers.
Amazing service for our 5am mission. Pity there weren’t any lies on offer but plenty of other options
Use this location alot as I pass through for work and spend $150 every 2 weeks on average. The last two times customer service was less than average 1. Trying to educate me on forms of payment when I said credit card to pay 2. Wanted to pay with fuel card for fuel before personal items refused that and told me scan items and pay this first as if I was her kid.... sorry Aunty won't be stopping here again and thanks for the cold coffee
