Customer service was very average, couple of times I've come in before work for breakfast pies but non have been cooked, which is ridiculous at 7am. Staff member is lazy and doesn't heat up pie on request and refuses to make coffees. I don't go there anymore which is a shame because they used to have the best service and coffee.

I want to sincerely thank the young man who was working alone, on the night of the Elton John concert in February. He was extremely patient with the many hundreds of us who had walked miles, seeking shelter from the torrential rain. Not a bus or shuttle in sight. I was on the point of collapsing, he got a chair for me & we purchased a nice hot Jimmy pie. Un be known to him, I have a serious health condition. 2 hours later we managed to get a taxi who were few & far between as they would not accept further bookings We were visiting Dunedin for the first time & didn't know our way around. Fantastic young man. Thank you.

This place could be better. Pumps look brand new although reasonably slow. Inside the store they didn't have 2 things I wanted, one being a RedBull.

Amazing helpful staff, especially the night of the Elton John concert with my wife being disabled, thanks so much for your kindness girls.

One of the few 24/7 options in Dunedin. The staff is very friendly and makes good coffee.
