Been filling up my vehicles at BP on Princess Street for quite a while now. The station is generally clean and well maintained, and fuel prices are usually competitive. Service can be friendly at times, but overall it tends to feel more like a fill-and-go stop rather than a place where customers are made to feel particularly welcome. Nothing major to complain about, but a warmer and more consistent customer service experience would definitely make a difference. Convenient location and does the job if you’re just stopping in for fuel.

If I could give 0 stars I would.nAfter looking on the gasby app we saw this petrol station had the cheapest fuel. We went out of our way to go there and the sign matched the app. We filled up and then noticed the pump said a different price to what was advertised. After discussing with the till operator and the manager on the phone they agreed we should pay the full amount now and come back for a refund. This was very inconvenient and out of our way but we reluctantly agreed. My husband went back in today to get the refund and was told no they wouldn't do it, false advertising and not staying true to their word. I also feel sorry for everyone else that was mislead on the price that day. Terrible service and would not recommend this petrol station!

I've had bad experiences with the owner. He appears to 'keep an eye on me' as he side-stares. He's cold with me, but overly warm with my female partner when she goes in to pay. Today, I purchased a bottle of Powerade that was advertised on special for $4, but he charged me the full price of $5.69. He's the owner, so I doubt he's not aware of the price of such a frequent seller. I was too busy to bring it up at the time I was helping a friend retrieve their vehicle. I'm very polite and have tried to build rapport with no avail. I don't appreciate being looked at like I'm there to rob the place, or being treated with general disrespect when I'm the same as the next paying customer. I will drive a few minutes extra for a better service from now on.

Man that works behind the counter- just sits there playing on his phone not doing his job.nIf you worked for my company mate I have you out the door. as I big business owner I can’t stand slack people.nhe needs show some respect to his customers.nIf you want respect back.
