As we rolled in to Masterton with no fuel left, this was the first petrol station, and I was glad it was. The friendly guy on the counter and the lovely station manager made us feel very welcome. Absolutely superb customer service, and a very tidy shop and forecourt. My boys found lots of yummy snacks that sustained us for the rest of our journey. I didn’t know the petrol stop could be such a highlight on a day trip, and next time we are over Wairarapa way, we sure know where to fill up!
If I could give a zero star review I would as I've just received the most appalling service at Faulknors Service Station. They had a sign up, right inside the door advertising packs of chips for $2. I grabbed 2 & added them to the sausage roll & sandwich my partner had selected. The chips scanned at $2.50, the young guy who served us checked the signage & confirmed it said $2 & refused to honour the advertised special price. When I told him we didn't want the chips and paid for the sausage roll & sandwich reluctantly, he was disgusted & made several smart comments, continuing until we were put thedpor, even though there were other cust waiting to be served. The last comment we heard was 'there are other has stations in Masterton'. He's right & we'll be spending our money at any one of them except Faulknors Service Station & we'll be encouraging the other 40-odd people we bought go town with us to do the same. I can't believe I was just abused, unprovoked by someone when he admitted I was right!!
Was served by Bobby. AMAZING customer service, great energy 10/10.nnToilets were clean, lots of food options.nI will be using this station for the future.
My go to station, we always come here!...the staff are what make this place, they know us as regulars, always smile and always helpful amd poilte...nEverything we need is here for the journey home each trip...nPit stop for us and pit stop for the car!!...toilet is always clean and tidy also...nnSmiles cards are used here too, this is a discount card which helps to lesson the sting of sky high petrol price's...
Poor ended brought 2 moutain drew to get a free key chain skate bored also payed for 20 gas at the same time then go to pump my gas get no gas get no Keychain for the drinks then have to go back in to pay for another 20$ gas aswell pay for another 2 moutain Drew's in order to get Keychain after already buying 2 prior Caswell having to pay yet again for the 20 gas I order with the frist 2 moutain drew then when asked for a refund of the money taken a see was coursed and the person behind the counter running the till told me I was wrong when my ban statement says other wisenWon't ever go there again ended up costing me 51.30 for pie 2moutian drew that are on speech at 7 for 2 an 20 gas do the mates I'm owe 20$ yet the Manger disagree a said I'm wrong
