We fill our gas bottle regularly at this service station. Today was the worst service EVER! The 1st person didn't know what it was doing. Bumbling round doing it all wrong. Next an Indian man came out and he was worse. Told us our bottle had expired. It doesn't expire till next year. The girl we normally get told us that. The machine came up error and the man said it was because our bottle was expired. Of course that is not the case. But then he didn't know how to reset the machine .nIf workers don't know how to operate equipment they should say so. We wasted half an hour on the forecourt while they had no clue what they were doing. In the end I told hubby f it let's go somewhere else.nThe owners need to train the staff properly. We won't ever go back there. TERRIBLE USELESS service today 9th November 24 in the morning
BP self service car was is a rip off. No foam at the pressure wand. Spent 5 bucks then gave up. Pressure was non existent. Machine eats money for no results. Wouldn't use this again.
Car wash is no good, expensive and all equipment needs replacing as it leaks
Thought I'd call ahead and check if the car vacuum is functioning properly. It's usually out of order. I've called twice and staff aren't answering the phone.
Used the car wash. So good to have clean car after bad weather.
