Really happy with our experience when wanting to buy the gear for our shower renovation. Talked to a guy names Stephen and he took us through the whole thing. He had experience and info to give us that you would only gain by being genuinely interested in the nature of the job. Also the team were very helpful when wanting to use one of their trailers to get the gear home.
One of the top stores in Whangārei - best selection- presentation- pricing pretty good - plant variety is good as is quality. Parking good friendly staff - always the first place our family stops when we need anything
Good food and coffee, but how about some ambience to the outside seating in the garden section. Could do with some screening around the tables area and some nice mature pot plants with prices on from the garden section.
Very poor customer service all round. Made a significant purchase of over $3K - aspects were broken and took over 3 months to replace. Absolutely ridiculous. In addition, customer service at help desk were lazy and unhelpful. Bunnings will now be my regular.
