Have been a regular customer of many many years and even been a business tenant of M10. Discovered when moving I had a $50 gift card and saw issue date was 8 days past the 5 year expiry since issue 12/12/20, yes I acknowledge my responsibility to redeem earlier, Store manager refused to honour it as new system in place?. No suggestion of any compromises, ie a small gesture of other store discount, as I know they can do if they want to. Really disappointing that I was only shopping in the store this morning as I do most weekends, but I will be reconsidering my customer loyalty due to no discretion around what else they could’ve done to retain me as a long term customer
I went in for some much needed advice and Michael was a super star. He is an absolute asset at Mitre 10 with great knowledge. I am one very happy customer thanks to Michael's expertise.
Have just been in store on Sunday, every staff member we interacted with were so friendly and helpful. A lady had finished her shift and was on her way out, she could see we were looking for something and still came to offer to help. As we were leaving someone came to the car to take our trolley back for us. So helpful and so nice thank you
Beautiful place to get Al your stuff for and around your house. Lots of products to choose from and you can also have a nice coffee for a break. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They love to provide you with helpful advice and information. Lots of parking spaces are available. They're also providing the customer with free Wi-Fi.
This is definitely on a mega scale for everything home improvements. Plenty of goods and a beautiful cafe within centre.
