There is always something for anyone here. I do love looking through the garden section, although this is not my favorite plant store, l do still find a few bargains.nWe have just bought a Kaboodle kitchen from Bunnings and we are thrilled to be assembling and installing it in our kitchen. Rick, hope l spelt his name right, helped us fine tune it and place the order. Really friendly guy and nothing is too much of a hassle. He knows his products very well too.nGreat business with everything you want

Lunchtime is not a great time to head into this store. Understandably staff would be less , but come on , ONE checkout ? The lass who served me Nat is a credit to your store , why do you want your staff to have to apologise for the long wait? Whats wrong with the management here?
Good all round warehouse with a big stock of all sorts and sizes equipment, building materials for serious business or just some small projects. They have beautiful selection of tools and hardware to those from. Their staff members are friendly and professional and willing you to provide information about their products. Good advice is always helpful. They have a great parking area to. I really recommend this place.
The service at Whangarei Bunnings inside the building, is absolutely abysmal! The most recent experience was the final straw, a plethora of staff wandering around but not helping. When having had one staff member put over the loud speaker that help was needed in an aisle, as the product required was heavy and blocked by un packed product, my Husband then waited 20 minutes with staff passing by and no one coming, when he went back to the counter he was made to feel like it was his problem. By this time he wasn't overly impressed but stuck with it to get the product he needed. The experience did not improve rude staff, reluctant help and no customer service what so ever.nMitre 10 is now our primary go to.
