Love the friendly atmosphere given by owners and staff. Service is excellent food tasty and well presented, very nice setting for all ages . The Generosity of owners who support the community with projects and fund-raisers they extremely kind.
Went in to help get a kitchen designed so I could order for a house renovation, dealt by with the girl with dark curly hair and glasses. She said the first draft would be ready 1 week later, called in to see how she was getting on and gave me a speech that their is no staff and no design, she would try and do it the following week but was having her days off first, fair enough. 1 week later, no follow up no design. She said we were a priority and would have a design done asap, 5 weeks on, no follow up and still no design. I totally get Staff shortages but the assistant clearly has lost the ability to pick up the phone and say we can’t do one for you now. No hope of getting a kitchen designed here so I’ll give Bunnings the $25k for a service they can provide. Just a shame when I had incredible service from the trade team the week before. This review is only based on the kitchen service.
Had a great experience today- thank you to Rowie who was very helpful! I couldn't find the hammers and she took me straight there before helping me with my plant choices- thank you for your knowledge! Always an easy time at qt mitre 10. Cheers
Amazing store, love the cafe, a very kind young man called Jack helped me around the store last Tuesday.
Lovely clean store and facilities, great parking. After visiting the mitre10 wanaka a few days before we went to this one having high hopes it would be exactly the same. Unfortunately this wasn't the case, completely different playground which is inside and not outside under cover, food was good but definitely not as good as the wanaka one. Milkshakes were yummy. Staff were lovely but if this one followed in the steps of the wanaka one then it will also be for the win. Also the best thing for a parent is too watch there children play in a big enough space while they could relax and enjoy there food, only a few crammed in tables to do this by a small inside playground.
