Incredibly helpful staff. We needed to buy an extension to the flue pipe for the installation of our woodburner. Our local Mitre 10 were not very helpful with helping us locate the product, which was out of stock at their store. Fortunately they did suggest contacting Queenstown store in the end. From that point on, we received very helpful advice on cost effective solution to our issue and they even shipped the pipe directly to our house. Very pleased with the overall experience!
Great store. The staff are so much better than other hardware stores. Its refreshing to speak with people who are actually helpful and know what they're talking about. Special thanks to Joel from paint. He really went out of his way to help me find all sorts.

Whenever you try to use their price match policy, it feels like they purposely faff around for 10 minutes to make you regret bothering.
Lovely clean store and facilities, great parking. After visiting the mitre10 wanaka a few days before we went to this one having high hopes it would be exactly the same. Unfortunately this wasn't the case, completely different playground which is inside and not outside under cover, food was good but definitely not as good as the wanaka one. Milkshakes were yummy. Staff were lovely but if this one followed in the steps of the wanaka one then it will also be for the win. Also the best thing for a parent is too watch there children play in a big enough space while they could relax and enjoy there food, only a few crammed in tables to do this by a small inside playground.
