I had the pleasure of visiting the Bunnings store in Queenstown for two different projects, and I must say, the customer service was exceptional. We were fortunate enough to work with one particular staff member each time we visited, and he made our experience so much easier and enjoyable.nnAlthough I regret not catching his name, he truly stood out with his deep knowledge, helpful attitude, and humility. He took the time to listen to our needs, offered insightful advice, and helped us find the best solutions for both projects. It was clear he genuinely cared about providing great service, and his expertise made a world of difference.nnThank you to this incredible staff member for going above and beyond – your help was invaluable, and it really made our experience at Bunnings something to remember. We were a bit stuck looking for some fencing and screening for our garden and had the pleasure of a staff member Brodie assisting us through a few departments to sort us out . She was super super helpful and went above and beyond to meet our needs . Thanks Brodie top customer service
Phoned to order lawnmowers parts, what a nightmare. Couldn’t get any of the three of the staff to understand what we wanted. Handed on to In the end was handed onto the Ryobi rep, after the last time we ordered parts which was an excellent experience I am so disappointed.
We have had a lovely experience today. While we were busy shopping, Denise was setting up the kids DIY. Denise was friendly, inviting and very informative. We had a fabulous time painting dog coasters with our toddler. Would highly recommend family shopping on a Saturday morning so you can take part in the kids DIY. Denise also let us know that there's an adults DIY from 4pm. 5 stars for Denise!
