Spoke to Jeff sorry, I didn’t catch which department he was from after being transferred by phone. The product we were looking for wasn’t even in his department, but he went out of his way to locate the item and put it aside for us so we could travel down from Kapiti within the hour.nnThank you, Jeff — great service, very much appreciated, and thanks again for your help!
The old guy doing security on the front door accused me of stealing because I had a puffer jacket on. Meanwhile it was 6 degrees outside. Was very rude and didn't even apologise after it was clear I had not stolen. Very rude and unprofessional. I spend thousands at this store and I will never ever return again. So so disappointing.nI retired at 50 and have money to burn if need be so money was never the issue for me. It only takes one person to put the stores reputation in the gutter in my opinion.
I visited Mitre 10 this morning and had a disappointing experience at customer service. The staff member didn’t even say hello and seemed completely uninterested in helping.nnI even had to cut the label myself just to speed things up, as there was no initiative to think ahead or assist efficiently.nnI understand everyone can have a bad day, but basic courtesy and professionalism go a long way for customers. Hopefully this is something that can be improved, as it leaves a poor impression.
Brilliant! I had been trying to purchase more of the Orbit Eco Lux LED battery operated sensor lights and there they were. You can adjust them for 30 seconds, 1 minute or on.
Varieties of products you can at reasonably good price as long as build quality pass our expectations.nMy only problem is finding products are due to confusion of categories. Other you can buy satisfactory products where you can't find in other shops.
