I like mitre 10 but unfortunately Porirua store need to sort out their rude employees. Worst customer service ever..The old lady at the counter and guy named some Brent at hardware section were rude as hell and want to argue straight up when I went to return a faulty product. No wonder why there are so many negative reviews about customer service from others too. If you are looking for a good customer service experience then you should be avoiding this store at any cost. Bunnings is way better option for customer service in my experience.
I visit the garden centre frequently and love how immaculate and healthy the plants all are and the place is clean and tidy. Maryanne and her team are always friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work team!
Went in to buy some coving from the trade section and the dude had no idea what coving was so he proceeded to the computer to look it up while I went and found it. Also went to get a bag of 20 plaster and none of course, absolutely useless. Would never go back again now
Worst customer service! The Guy who looked after Tools dept immediately told me that there’s a fee and i ask him what for and he said “I Don’t KNOW”.Had a trimmer that is still on the guaranteed warranty. Loaded a repair. 1 month later no update, phone number is incorrect where i stated it clearly at first. Fault didn’t fixed since the guard was removed. Not gonna buy on this store again! waste of money they don’t look after there customers!
This store used to be my all time fave but it’s increasingly difficult to find staff to help or who know their stuff. Although today the young woman who came to my aid made every attempt to help me. Overall assistance is hard to find.
