I hate hardware stores. I came in this afternoon dreading the three things I had to purchase. So as soon as I got in I was distracted by the outdoor furniture- within minutes a knowledgeable soul offered help. When he had answered my questions I asked him to point me in the direction of CLR. He even offered to go and get it for me to save me walking! Knowing I needed other items I told him I was happy to head off to aisle 40. Of course once there I couldn’t find it for looking, another man appeared and found it right in front of my nose then took me to get food for my lemon tree. Off I went to pay and remembered the third item - a refill for my weed eater. I showed a third man a burry photo of what I was looking for and he responded ‘oh a battery operated black and deker' and me what i needed.nnStill thinking about the out door furniture i asked about delivery! I was given the delivery option plus the idea of asking a friend with a tow bar to take advantage of the trailers available or hire a van for an hour!nnall round winners today
Large store with a lot of stock. Happy to price match if competitors have a better price. Wi-Fi in store is fast and reliable. Columbus cafe is onsite. Plenty of parking but no EV chargers.
Employs staff who think its appropriate to advise customers when they should be saying please. Remember customers pay for employees wages, comments in this matter are not required and piss people off.
Great service and easy to find what I needed. Growing up it used to be toy stores, but now it's hardware stores that I love spending time in, and this store you could get lost in - there is so much to see. They have what you need for any project and super helpful knowledgeable staff
Went to Mitre 10 to look for mirror hanging brackets talked to three super helpful staff who led us to the locations of various potentially suitable items to fix mirror to gib board wall.nWe were in and out within 10 minutes includes paying at friendly checkout operator.
