Absolutely no on-phone service - made order in person. rang in when no reply received from them. 7 min wait for operator + 9 min wait for special orders desk before I gave up. 4pm Weds.
Using the Bunnings website affords you the aisle # of the item you head in for. A pleasant visit let down by the store's habit of keeping only the staffed checkout open. It does save them paying that one supervisor, but it's not customer-focused, it's bottom-line focused.
While picking up a large item from bunnings, I had to unload some gear i had purchased from mitre 10 from my boot and left it on the path. It was handed in and when I called, they offered to post the item to me - free of charge! Top marks Bunnings!
Great experience went their first time ..at entrance there was fabulous staff who pointed to the right direction where to find .. awesome selection n variety for DIY
