Mitre 10 MEGA Nelson Gardening

Really awesome place to get any of your diy or working needs! Mitre 10 has a huge variety of products, from plants to earmuffs. The cafe is also amazing! If you have kids you can even put them in the playground for them to have fun! Friendly staff and has most things you need! I definitely recommend Mitre 10!!

What stood out, was their service! Friendly staff always available to help you. Large variety of products, and their plants were pretty much in great condition. Better priced than their other large competitor.

Knowledgeable and friendly trade/timber team. Helped us select appropriate timber for our project. Paint shop had really good knowledge about which paints to apply for the best finishing results. Prompt service at the checkout.

Young girl at counter very kind and patient how ever lady doing the coffee machine today was rude to staff and customers , not the first time I've felt this way about her, possibly the manager there? There was a cost difference in my drink and the one i decided to get i asked if there was a cost difference shes said yes possibly but i cant sort that right now will have to he later.. wasn't overly busy in there I have to worked in cafes also was just her tone and how she said it i wanted a refund and to leave the negative atmosphere! Feel for the staff to be putting up with her attitude!

Go above & beyond what is expected of a decent store. Always no issue with anything I need to take back, but also helpful with suggestions with knowledgeable staff. Had an amazing experience with customer service staff this week. I had issues with afterpay not finalising & then the specials were gone when I realised the issue. The staff were incredibly helpful & never made me feel bad about the situation. Means a lot to me, Thanks Mitre 10.

Brought chain saw didn't start wanted a refund No refund into week 5 still waiting told they can't refund they had to wait for an answer from Australia. staff don't know or understand the consumer guarantee act. Very good customer service, we bought some outdoor furniture on the weekend and it was delivered on the Monday. Shout out to the delivery guys who went the extra distance putting a very heavy and large box around the back of our place on the deck.

Brilliant staff member was super Helpful when I needed to replace kneepads. Was a pleasure to do business in the Nelson shop. All staff are well trained friendly and helpful.
